The World Renewable Energy Conference kicks off on Monday 4th August and I'll be tweeting live from the event. You can follow along on Twitter via @maxfordhamllp or by using the #wrec2014 hashtag. At the end of each day, I'll also be posting a blog reviewing proceedings right here on our website.

This year's event, hosted at Kingston University, London has been titled 'Renewable Energy for Mankind'. A roster of speakers from more than 70 countries will present on subjects ranging from renewable energy technologies and low-energy architecture to public policy and meterology.

Senior Partner at Max Fordham, Mr Bill Watts will be one of the keynote speakers on Monday, discussing energy policy and the future of heat in the UK.
