Building Services Consultancy of the Year 2014

The judges were looking for evidence of best practice as well as commitment to ongoing improvements in building performance and reducing carbon impacts.  And Max Fordham are delighted to be named the 2014 winners of CIBSE’s Building Service Consultancy of the Year.

Deemed to have made an outstanding contribution to performance throughout the life of their buildings, the Award was collected by Senior Partner Alasdair Reid and Building Performance Lead Tamsin Tweddell. As Hywel Davies chair of judges and Technical Director of CIBSE explained, “Max Fordham impressed with its emphasis on measuring and improving building performance.”

The shortlist was impressive, including AECOM, Arup, Grontmij and Hoare Lea, and it’s the industry recognition that goes with the Award that is the real prize.  Having spent several years developing Soft Landings with the BSRIA User Group it is rewarding to receive acknowledgement for all the time and effort in putting building performance at the heart of what Max Fordham does.
