Max Fordham was delighted to host members of the Employee Ownership Association at its London office for the first time yesterday.

Organised by the EOA, the event was targeted at representatives from new or prospective employee-owned firms from private and public sectors alike. The EOA runs these events all over the country to encourage members to meet in person, share ideas and learn more about its work.

At the event, Max Fordham shared its experience of the benefits and challenges of working in a business that is owned and run by the people who work for it. Having recently celebrated 40 years of its open partnership structure, the Practice's ongoing success is evidence itself of the value of employee ownership.
