Max Fordham for GST 2015 presents 'Social Engineering'

1 April 2015

Max Fordham is excited to be hosting 'Social Engineering' at this year's Green Sky Thinking event, which looks at whether designers should influence occupant behaviour when designing a building.

The discussion held on on 22 April 2015 is chaired by sustainability expert Bill Gething and includes Professor Elizabeth Shove, Dr Dan Lockton, Dr Simon Blyth and Sustainability Consultant for Max Fordham, Henry Pelly. They will discuss how designers can better integrate insights from sociology and psychology into architecture and engineering.

Contributing to Cullinan Studio's discussion 'Mind the Gap: People and Building Performance,' Max Fordham will also join Research Engineer in Sustainability and Physics Trevor Keeling for a debate centred on how we engage with building performance data.

Organised by Open-City, Green Sky Thinking runs from Monday 20 April until Friday 24 April. For more information on other speakers and exhibitors, visit the Green Sky Thinking website.
