Max Fordham's Promotions and Partners in 2017

12 April 2017

Max Fordham welcomed a record-breaking 21 new Partners to the Practice this week.

In addition, two of our existing Partners were elevated to the Senior Partnership group.

In essence, Max Fordham is an employee-owned business. An invitation to become a Partner is extended to employees after approximately four years of service.

Recent years have seen a gradual revolution in the ownership of many UK companies, with an increasing willingness to adopt an 'employee-owned' model of some sort.

Max himself says if someone demonstrates they are fit to be an employee, then they are fit to be a Partner. Our twenty one newest members bring the partnership tally to over 120 people.

Our newest Senior Partners, Paul Button and Tom Bentham have all been with the Practice for a significant period of time and successfully delivered a range of building projects. They join a16-strong Senior Partnership responsible for the strategic direction of the Practice.

The 21 new Partners and new Senior Partners were formally recognised at a ceremony held in the London office.

Max Fordham was one of the first companies in the British construction industry to become a Limited Liability Partnership.
