Michael Baldwin has a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from Bristol University. He joined the Max Fordham LLP in 1995, becoming a partner in 1999.
His jobs have included Tate, Liverpool, the conversion of a listed Victorian warehouse into a major international art gallery, where he was charge of rationalizing and expanding complex existing mechanical and electrical services and designing new services as well as programming and managing the completion phase of the installation.
As Project Engineer for the Regents Park Open Air Theatre, he designed mechanical and electrical installations for the refurbishment of the complex, including auditorium, public bar and ancillary spaces.
For The Venue, a new build leisure centre with three swimming pools, gyms, sauna and offices, he was job engineer and site services inspection engineer.
He has recently completed mechanical services design for the Almeida Theatre at Kings Cross, two auditoria and public bar facilities with an exceptionally fast-track construction programme.
