Nick Cramp graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc (Hons.

He joined Max Fordham LLP in 1996 and became a partner in 2001.

He was project engineer for the building services on LSO St. Lukes, the home of the London Symphony Orchestra and also lead the design for the £35m restoration and refurbishment of St Martin-in-the-Fields in London.

Presently Nick is working on the Grand Musée d’Art in Nantes, designing the daylighting, solar control and the lighting. He is also working on the Olympic Water Polo venue and  designing the natural ventilation scheme for Transforming Tate Modern as well as some other projects.

Nick specialises in passive systems, creative lighting design and environmental engineering at Max Fordham LLP as well as using computer modelling and building physics work as tools to facilitate sustainable design. He undertakes CFD, thermal and daylighting analysis work for a variety of projects.
