Experienced Engineers – Cambridge Office

Cambridge

Join us in our mission to transform the built environment through beautiful and sustainable engineering.

We welcome applications and employ aspiring and experienced engineers coming from a range of science and engineering backgrounds. Apart from the conventional "equal opportunities employer" or "complying with the Equality Act" statements, we can proudly and wholeheartedly say that our commitment is not only to eliminate and avoid discrimination, but to create an environment where our differences can be celebrated and valued.

Exceptional opportunities at our well-established Cambridge office for skilled and enthusiastic MEP, mechanical or electrical building services engineers to join our award-winning MEP engineering practices; a practice that is owned by the people who work there and committed to leading the industry in tackling the challenges posed by the climate and biodiversity crises.

Max Fordham’s Cambridge office opened in 2001 and since then our team has been working on projects in the area but also across the UK, accumulating a wealth of local knowledge and an understanding of what sets the area apart. Many of our clients are custodians of historic estates and so quality and long-term sustainability are high on their list of priorities. We have developed specialisms in Passivhaus and Sustainability, led from our Cambridge office, to assist our clients with these challenges. They also play a key role in keeping the Practice at the cutting edge of the industry’s journey towards decarbonisation and Net Zero Carbon design.

When you work with the Cambridge team, you work with a group of dedicated and creative professionals committed to the success of your project. They are a group that’s also backed by the support and resources of every office and team in the Practice.
