My role keeps me motivated, challenged and interested.

I support the whole practice by ensuring that our computers run smoothly and with the appropriate software installed. A major aspect of this is troubleshooting software and hardware issues to keep our engineers working at their best.

The variety of issues that I deal with means that no two days are the same - I am constantly presented with new problems to solve.

I also appreciate the diversity of the people, with a range of different backgrounds, knowledge levels and senses of humour. Max Fordham values equality, openness and attention to detail, and this motivates and inspires me every day.
