Lillie Road is a housing and community facility for key workers in Central London. There are 51 flats of 1-3 bedrooms, 14 houses of 3-4 bedrooms, a community centre, football pitch and underground car park.
Prefabricated lightweight steel frame construction and pod bathroom units enabled a very short construction period with minimised services installation.
Communal areas are well daylit and naturally ventilated.
The building was completely pre-fabricated and included structural bathroom pods.
