As consulting environmental and building services engineers, we influence the architecture of buildings and design the services, e.g. lighting, heating and acoustics. We are unusual among building services consultancies in not dividing work among different disciplines, and each engineer works on all aspects of the building services.

We have offices in London, Cambridge and Edinburgh. There are over 120 of us, the practice is run democratically and the environment is informal and sociable. All employees are considered for partnership after working with us for around 4 years. Last year we achieved £8m turnover.
