Brockholes wins Building Magazine Sustainable Project of the Year

19 April 2012

Brockholes Visitors Centre took home Sustainable Project of the Year at last night's Building Awards, adding a fifth gong to the trophy cabinet.

The project, by Adam Khan Architects and Max Fordham, is suspended on a large pontoon designed to provide flood protection and has also won BREEAM Outstanding.

The Awards, which took place at Grovesnor House, salute the best-in-class companies and projects from right across the Built Environment.

Max Fordham was also shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year, and The Triangle, a project we worked on with Glenn Howells Architects, was shortlisted for Housing Project of the Year.
