Max Fordham best of the good employers

We are very proud to announce that the Building Magazine Good Employer Guide has recognised Max Fordham as the top engineering employer and in the top 5 of all employers across the whole of the construction industry.  Particularly high scoring categories for us were 'Inspiration' and 'Ability to contribute'.  

The award is based on surveys completed by employees and analysed by Building Magazine for The Good Employer Guide.  We particularly like and value this award because it reflects how our people think and feel about the practice. 

The practice was founded over 40 years ago to be a different type of engineering practice - to encourage an intellectual and creative approach to engineering. It was also among the first professional organisations to be set up as a partnership.  We have stayed true to those founding values and it's wonderful that they have stood the test of time.  Brilliant engineers with a sense of ownership and commitment to their projects.  It's a formula that works for our clients and it's great that it works for our engineers too.
