Max Fordham Projects win big at RIBA and RICS Awards

Eight different Max Fordham projects have won regional RIBA Awards and RICS Awards in the last week.

Max Fordham projects triumphed at the RIBA Awards, with seven of its projects winning their regions, each securing a spot on the longlist for the 2011 RIBA Stirling Prize.

A complete list of our winners is below featuring different projects across the cultural, education and workspace sectors.

Six of the total 97 buildings honoured will be chosen for the 2011 Stirling Prize shortlist, with the Prize being presented on 1 October 2011.

The John Hope Gateway at the Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh, also took home the Sustainability category at the RICS Scotland Awards 2011.

It has now automatically secured entry into the RICS global award finals.

The Bourne Hill Offices and Woodland Trust Headquarters, which both won regional RIBA Awards, were also shortlisted for Building of the Year in the AJ100 awards.
