Max has decided it is the right time for him to formally retire from the partnership that he founded over 50 years ago.

The news was announced at our July Partners' Meeting and we are organising an internal celebration for our inspirational and much-loved founder. Over the coming weeks and months, we will also be sharing some words, photos and videos on our website and social media to mark Max's retirement.

Max started the business in 1966 at the age of 33, in the spare bedroom of his Camden home. The practice has since grown to over 200 people across five UK offices.

He began the process of handing over the business 15 years ago and we will continue to lead the practice in his spirit.
