Walking the stress away

Did you know? April is Stress Awareness Month!
Even though stress cannot always be avoided, there is a miracle weapon for (or rather, against) it - physical activity, which is proven to lower feelings of anxiety and pressure and make for a good counterbalance to desk work.
10 teams, consisting of 70 members of the Practice across all our offices, have participated in the challenge and tried to collect as many steps and donations as possible.
The groups also came up with some funny team photo ideas - see below!
Hopefully most of us feel less stressed now, and looking forward to some slower, non-competitive ice cream strolls in May.
