''Communication is the thread that connects us together''. I believe this statement to be particularly true of my role and of Max Fordham as a workplace.

Being part of the IT team allows me to provide confident, professional and kind support to every member of the Practice. I am responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that all require soft skills such as communication, support and empathy.

I love liaising with a vast array of people, both internal and external, and my interpersonal and organisational experience help me to deliver essential tools and build trusting relationships.

My Social Sciences studies fit perfectly with my everyday working life. I can use my deep understanding of social interactions and the environment to meet the needs of different parties.

In my time at Max Fordham, I have been able to increase my knowledge of different software and technology platforms. I am happy to be part of such an inclusive company, where every single individual is valued and given the space to develop.
