Based in our London office, in one of our multi-disciplinary MEP engineering groups, the MEP Project Leader role involve acting as the primary lead on projects, managing the people within their team, also dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders, while the Principal Mechanical Engineer will provide mechanical engineering leadership within the group and support the continuous improvement of our mechanical design quality. Both roles will entail working on complex engineering projects across a range of sectors, with duties covering all aspects from RIBA stage 0 to 7. Our aim is to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that really work for our clients and are beautifully integrated with the architecture and structure.
With at least 10 years’ experience in MEP consultancy and a track record of leading projects and teams / leading mechanical design on projects, you will have a detailed understanding of HVAC / mechanical system design and a broad appreciation of all building services systems. Holding a relevant degree qualification, you will be chartered, or ready to apply for chartered status, along with experience working with digital design tools like AutoCAD and Revit, managing resources and the ability to generate and develop ideas independently. Additionally, good people management skills are essential, as well as an open attitude towards communicating and working collaboratively with others.

Salary – Competitive, dependent on experience
