I’m a pragmatist, but not a hard-headed one. I have the capacity to step back and see the bigger picture when it comes to our involvement in a project.

I get to see every facet of the Practice and see our projects from inception to completion.  My contribution begins with assisting in bringing work in and then making sure that the conditions are right to deliver that project; from negotiating contracts, establishing the project team and ensuring the appropriate support.

Making sure that a project stacks up commercially for all parties is vitally important to me. I have been a client myself and I understand the commercial environment that clients are operating within. Of course, making sure that appropriate information relating to a project is well communicated also increases the chances of success for everyone involved.

I’ve been very proud to have worked on a number of exciting projects both home and abroad in my time at Max Fordham - everything from award winning residential and education schemes to cultural buildings in Europe and Africa.  Irrespective of the scale or budget, every job I work on gets my dedicated attention.

Every project, no matter the complexity, confronts challenges at some stage. At the end of the day, I’m someone who finds solutions to these challenges.
