Max Fordham is all about the people. Not only are they highly intelligent and reliably creative, but they're also ambitious in what they want for the Practice and about what, together, we can achieve in the built environment.

The shared responsibility that has been engrained throughout the Partnership since Max set it up, means that every person who works here is constantly pushing the rest of us to be better, to do better, and to think about things in a more holistic way.

This drives us all to deliver the best service and the best product, both on the engineering front line and behind the scenes in pushing the Practice forward in other important ways. It makes for an exhilarating place to work.

In my role, I act like a sponge, soaking up news and information from all around the Practice. I then disseminate it back out to the wider industry, in a myriad of ways, to promote our unique approach of ‘Beautiful Engineering’.
