We're delighted that five of our residential projects have been shortlisted for Housing Design Awards. The Housing Design Awards, started in 1948, serve to offer a comprehensive collection of information and case studies about housing schemes that work well for their occupants. Winners will be announced in the autumn.

Shortlisted projects

A minimum of 50% of the new homes will be affordable, and 35% will be allocated for social rent. The development follows Passivhaus design principles with a proposed energy reduction of over 50%.
