We welcome 13 new partners!

Max felt that sharing ownership of the business with the people who work in it is a good thing, both for them and for the business itself. The underlying premise was deliberately simple: if someone is good enough to be an employee, they are good enough to be a partner.

“The intake is a continuation of the founding principle of broad ownership, reinforcing the idea that the partnership exists to be shared, and that its strength comes from the people who contribute to it.“

Alasdair Reid Director, Chair of Managing Partners

We’re a partnership of equals: around half of our people are partners, but with transparency, collaboration, and democratic decision-making as core principles, all our people can voice their opinions and contribute meaningfully to the running of the business.

We are delighted to be welcoming 13 new people into the partnership, bringing the total number of partners to 113.

The current intake includes:

  • Anna Bardos, Principal Sustainability Consultant
  • Brooke Smith, Northern Region Sustainability Lead
  • David Shepherd, Engineer
  • Guglielmo Tarallo, Light & Air Specialist
