Luke Hadley

Luke champions the high standard of electrical engineering within our practice. As a Director and the Electrical Engineering Leader, his experience, extensive electrical knowledge and eye for detail are a significant factor in the success of our projects. He maintains a close interest in industry developments, spotting opportunities to keep the practice and the sector moving forwards.

Luke is committed to improving the built environments in which we spend our lives. He spent several years working on the iconic Tate Modern Blavatnik Building, really enjoying coordinating services with the aspirational architecture and learning how to deliver systems which are robust but efficient. The project was a challenge but the end result is something of which he is extremely proud. 

Luke grew up on his family’s arable farm in rural Worcestershire, and remains involved, recently driving the transition to more sustainable farming practices that will protect and enhance the natural environment alongside continued food production.
