Everything Electric visited the Power Hall: The Andrew Law Gallery recently to see the incredible transformation of the Grade II-Listed building and the decarbonisation of the working display of historic engines.

The Most Unexpected Heat Pump Project Yet?!

Our strategy has been based on electrification of the site, taking advantage of the decarbonisation of the national grid, and making the new electric-based system as efficient as possible.

Working alongside Carmody Groarke Architects, we have supported the sensitive restoration and upgrade of the Museum’s historic buildings, creating an enhanced visitor experience and celebrating innovation through low-carbon technologies.

”We work on a lot of heritage projects and what we've learnt on all of them, particularly this one, is to be bold, to actually be really adventurous.“
