I enjoy problem solving throughout the life of a project – taking early stage design concepts and bringing them to life with suitable solutions based on scientific principles.

Getting there requires an approach based on collaboration and tailoring it to suit the building. I advise the client and design team on appropriate design solutions for the particular needs of the project.

Sustainable design is at the heart of what we do. I figure out how to reach a design without compromising comfort. I have experience implementing low-energy solutions on a range of building types including schools, residential developments and listed buildings.

For me, it is about simple and practical design solutions that are sensitive to both the architecture and the people using it.
