James is committed to delivering good quality, comfortable housing for all people.
A Director of Engineering, he is our primary contact for all types of residential projects, including masterplanning strategies, mixed-use projects, and the various different types of tenure, including student accommodation and hotels.
James oversees building services strategy development as well as technical designs and project delivery. He led our MEP and sustainability design for Abbey Wood and South Thamesmead, a community focused, large-scale Peabody housing project.
James enjoys the engineering challenges associated with delivering affordable and comfortable buildings and is committed to finding simple solutions which are cost-effective. He takes a direct and straightforward approach to problem solving and has a keen interest in delivering heat networks that are efficient to own and operate.
He values working in a community of like-minded people who care about delivering the best possible outcomes and going the extra mile.
