Breeam and Leed Assessments

We offer licensed assessor and ‘Accredited Professional’ services for BREEAM, LEED and GSAS methodologies.

Our experienced assessors provide a pro-active assessment service by engaging with the design team early in the project to see that the right issues are targeted at the right time.

We provide practical advice and guidance documents based on years of experience to make the process as simple to follow as possible. Assessment statuses are communicated in helpful formats highlighting risks and providing the key information as it is required; the aim is to simplify the task of obtaining the final certification in a timely manner.

We coordinate the whole assessment process from start to finish, and conduct design team workshops at key stages of the project to review the design and to ensure that all required documentation is being produced.

The Woodland Trust HQ was one of the first offices in the UK to be completely constructed from cross laminated timber, which contributed to a high score being achieved in the Materials category. The building is completely naturally ventilated and offers high levels of natural daylighting, helping to keep lighting loads to a minimum. A BREEAM Excellent rating was achieved.
