BREEAM & LEED Assessments
We offer licenced assessor and ‘Accredited Professional’ services for BREEAM, LEED, Code for Sustainable Homes and HQE methodologies. Our experienced assessors provide a pro-active assessment service by engaging with the design team early in the project to see that the right issues are targeted at the right time.
Working closely with the design team and contractor throughout the development process, our team helps establish the target rating and advises on the technical aspects of the assessment.
Also available to project teams is an on-line tracker for BREEAM and Code assessment. The tracker gives instant updates on assessment status as well as a location to upload electronic documentation, simplifying the task of obtaining the final certification in a timely manner.
