King's Road Park is a residential-led, mixed use development numbering 1,843 apartments across a former gasworks site.

The initial appointment is for Phase 1 (of 5), which includes a single storey basement and three residential blocks totalling 345 apartments, a number of commercial units, and residents' facilities including a swimming pool and gym. The blocks range in height from 6 to 13 storeys.

We are providing full MEP services design on Phase 1 for the main infrastructure, apartments, and residents' facilities. The design includes a heat network that has been carefully designed to minimise distribution losses and operate at low temperatures and high temperature differential to maximise efficiency of the system.

The apartments are comfort cooled by centralised chilled water plant. Bathrooms and utility cupboards are prefabricated, benefitting the client with reduced cost and construction programme.

The MEP design in the apartments has been closely coordinated with the architect to complement a beautiful interior that reflects the high-end customer experience that is required.
